Worst customer service after they nailed you with a sale. They claim to service your equipment after purchase but that really depends on what mood they are in. You can leave them 15 messages to call you back and they just won’t unless you’re talking about spending 10k or more. Give your money to someone else.

I got some tires installed on my bike that after 800km started to fall apart. It took 3 months for the new tires to come in. In that 3 months they were supposed to change a sprocket, clean and set the carbs. The first time I went to get my bike it wouldn't run. The second time I went to get my bike it barley ran. Made it a couple blocks and ran out of gas. They never did any of the other work. Just the tires. Service manager was going to call me after his holidays..... no phone call. Season is almost over.... they didn't even try. What a waste of my time.

Got some new tires for my motorcycle in the mail today and they accepted my bike right away today with a promise of them being installed by tomorrow. Everywhere else was booking over a week ahead!   Have come here many times and have never experienced any less then great and friendly service.

I would love to say how much I am impressed with the service manager at this location. Larry was so very helpful in diagnosing and servicing my motorcycle.  I was kept in the loop constantly, the best course of action was always presented to me, he went the extra mile in acquiring replacement parts and had my bike back running much better than before. I will be bringing my bike back here for all future service and repair I will also be letting the motorcycle community of his hard work and dedication. Thanx Larry, job very well done!!

technicians couldn't get a sprocket on the bike changed it myself. absolutely no gas in bike when picked it up couldn't make it to nearest gas station was stuck walking after bike died ...... Save yourself time head else where

Amazing place. Never once did I feel pressured. Diagnosed my sled issues and I purchased a quad from them. Highly recommend.

Dealt with the parts department multiple times recently, they always go out of their way to help and give wicked deals ill continue to deal with them!

Great service - this is one of those places where you deal with good down to earth people. So far, this is my dealer of choice.

Friendly staff willing to go the extra mile to help. If they don't have a answer then they will try to find it for you. Always a pleasure to stop in even if it's to say hi.
