Fairly nice waterfront park in an industrial sort of way. Looks great in the winter and is good for ice fishing. And has a good paved walking and cycling path for the other seasons.
I love coming to this park especially to see the birds,and my granddaughters love seeing the babies every year plus the park,we walk around everywhere so they can look in the water and play also they enjoy putting smiles on the older people's faces,it is all around a beautiful experience.
Great playground and splash pad. Lots of parking and the whole property is well maintained.
Got here by surprised attempting to see the sunset with my family. Nice park, with picnic tables and playground. On the other side of the river there are restaurants that I guess used to work before covid. Lots of flies which personally don't enjoy hence 4/5
large open space, plenty of tables and coveres seating for picnic meals. New trees have just been planted throughout the park but there are lots of shaded areas with mature trees. The bandshell is acoustically sound and the gazebo on the hill is as nostalgic as it gets especially during the month of july each year on thursday evenings at 7 pm. Bring a lawn chair and listen to brass band musicians play. There is a large playground and a splash pad for the kids. One restaurant is on site. Wakeboard riding is a new addition for those willing during warm weather.
Went during winter, still a magical place but quite windy, definitely clean. Note: washrooms are closed until May.
Its a nice park. People complaining about the water, and goose droppings, really? Welcome to nature. Nice park right on the lake.
Best place for one day picnic. My daughter loved it as they have kids slides and swings. Neat and Clean beautiful place with amazing view
Great dog park, lots of friendly people and pets. Memorial plaques through out the park. And the statue in front with inky or some annunaki Templar on its top right side.
A nice place for a walk or birdwatching with a good playground for kids
