We had amazing experience with Justin, he was very accurate, honest and helpful. He didn't push any pressure on us unlike some other Nissan dealers.He was very clear in negotiation, and finally gave us a very good deal. Delivery was also very smooth and fast thanks to Dehbia, Elie and Justin.
This week I took an appointment to verify my Infinity qx60-2015. The car has presence of Preston r on the top of cover valve and it has a jerking noise coming from engine. I was greeted by their agent who explained to me that the cost of the diagnostic would cost aurond 169 cad + tx . The car went in the garage and I waited around 1.5 hour on the lobby. The technician and the host told me that the situation was bad and I have to either change engine or buy another car. The cost for engine repaire was 6000+ tx used engine wu a garantie of 1 year. At the same time they offer me a seller who came right away suggesting to buy a car on the spot. They never said /talked for any option on repairing the engine. My car has only 155.000 km and is well taken care. They charged me 324 cad because their diagnostic took more than 1 hour ..just for a visual check nnI left the garage and went to another small garage. The mechanic said to me that the minimum that had to do was to clean the top of engine where the issue was. He did some pression tests and verified the engine for no more than 40 minutes . There were no leaks and according to him it was just the radiator cap that was loose . From there the Preston was going on the top of the engine …and even penetrating on the first fire spark whole the reason of the misfirenThe minimum check the HGregoire technician should has done…nnI have been driving the car and there’s no more Preston leak/ no engine heating and no jerking/misfire coming from the engine…nnAs a conclusion that garage is abusing clients and their aim is to only to steal/fraud people…nThinking to file a complaint to Consumer protection
