Never rent a car here. They over charge you and when you ask about it they are just simple plain rude and don't care about it.

This guy is exceptionally rude. Fairmont is one of the best destinations, with top knotch service. This rep does not represent then correctly, even though he is a 3rd party contractor. He should be removed.

Went in to seek information on car rental. When I went to the desk the customer service rep was very rude and unhelpful. When asking about payment methods he was talking down to me. When I asked about using cash or a visa debit for payment he said "you will get nowhere in the world if you think a visa debit is an alright thing to have"
He didn't represent the Fairmont kindly or the Hertz company and I will NEVER use hertz for travelling.
Very sad.
