Hertz

If you absolutely have to rent a car, go next door to Avis. Without a doubt, the most frustrating rental I have ever had to deal with. Hertz are great, this one is not.

Helpful, courteous counter staff. Clean car (with a new snow brush/ice scraper in the back seat). Great rate. All good.

A very pleasant experience. Across the street from the train station, friendly people behind the counter, clean car with low miles. Could not ask for more.

Never again! Terrible customer service. If you don't own a credit card don't plan on renting from this location. I offered debit or cash, neither were good enough. I'm in town for almost 3 weeks and I'm desperate need of a car. I walked next door to Avis, they were more than willing to take my money in whatever form it was!
