Recommend by a friend who's cousin runs the farm supplying the meat. Tried it out andan does it taste like an actual burger! It doesn't taste fake like McDonald's or that and the burger itself has amazing flavour. The staff here and amazing, friendly, and understanding! Will definitely be returning to the chain more often now!
The burgers are good! The food took a while to get here as it was ordered through foodora. Options for picking things on a specfic burger combo were missing on the website, but the customer service was great at ensuring we received the right burger with toppings, fries and drinks. Quantity of food could be improved by larger amounts, but for the price for most items downtown, its decent.
Had the opportunity to go to Simcoe place with my husband and we tried Hero Burger for lunch the very first time we absolutely loved the food it was cooked just right served at the right temperature too wish is a must for us both! The staff was super friendly in helping us with our order, their uniforms were clean and labeled,, the counters were also clean. A definite great experience for our first time! Will recommend for sure .... The place was super busy at the time we went and they still took the time to professionally explain what their options were ! Thanks Hero Burger ! We will indeed be back !
These guys are going the way of Lick's. Tried them twice at this location but overall i think the quality has gone down over the years everywhere. Both times I barely ate 1/4 of the fries - they've been brined or sprayed, these are not proper hand cut fries. Likewise teh burger is not fresh but pre-made patties and probably frozen so the texture is borderline. Worth the walk over to 5 Guys or Burgers Priest, barely better than Macdonald's.
Amazed by the selection of bread, sauces, toppings, etc. If you r not mindful of the additional cents you have to pay for some of them, you might just end up with a $20 burger!
Nasty smelling stuff on the burger. Got the Italian chicken burger and some cream ingredient they put on it smelled like it was spoiled and the taste confirmed it too. I was too busy to make a scene there, so just left without complaining ofcourse I threw the burger. Please save yourself and walk over somewhere and eat fresh food.

Burger is smaller than expected. And personally I don’t like the big slice of tomato in it. Patty and sauce are great. Service is fast and friendly.
Best Hero Burger I’ve been to. Staff was very polite and friendly, food was prepared quick and as expected delicious. Will be a returning customer!
Good veggie burger but for some reason they always put the sauce in the middle of the lettuce and tomato rather than on the bun, always squishes out the bottom and makes a huge mess. A huge tasty mess lol.
