I ordered online at 3:30, it’s 7:50 now! I have not received my order yet, I have called the store a few times but no one answered. They just welcomed themselves to charge my credit card.

Takes 20 mins to prepare the order and really cheap with toppings. Please improve your service.
Spent $15 dollar to buy their signature burger combo and requested to add ketchup and lettuce. Waited for like 10 minutes until I got the order with no ketchup and lettuce added to the burger along with soggy fries. Not worth the prices and the wait.
This place is run terribly. Location won’t honour deals and is cheap with toppings. Avoid this location at all costs!
Ordered their chicken burger and found out I got an empty bun when I brought it back to my desk. Just close this place down.
