Relish the the taste of Angus meat here! Amazing taste, first attempt on hero burger! Deeply satisfied. The owner was very kind generous and warm. Amazing staff, friendly and patient. Place was neat and clean, followed covid protocols. Kitchen was viewable and it seemed quite hygienic. Comfortable dine in arrangement.

The food is average at best. Poutine doesn't have any real character. Burger is lacking in flavour. Cleanliness of the restaurant is very poor as shown in the pictures. I would not recommend this place nor will I return. With all the good burger places out there not including fast food places because we expect them to be basic, why settle for unclean and mediocre. If you are hungry go to the pizza pizza next door.

Visited on July 23,22, ordered two Smash burgers combos at 1:13 at 1:40 it was told fryer is out no fries only burgers can be served. Delivery happened at 1:47 Turns out to be a joke size patty in cold condition I returned it but server argued that its normal burgers here? Terrible restaurant experience where Management left poor immature young girl alone to handle in awful kitchen situation where most customers left with bad service hungry waste of time. Will never recommend this location.

Really not a very good place sadly. I tried the fish sandwich and was very disappointed. The lemon sauce was overly sour and the fries had no taste to them. The service is quick and friendly but the quality of food is really below expectations. I’m not sure they can survive much longer with all the competition around them. Certain burger chains are simply putting out a better product. I hope they will get better but hiding from the other constrictive comments, I’m not sure that they can.

I order from this location every so often and I am never disappointed. The staff pays attention to the notes I make in my delivery order and makes sure to get my order right. Great to see such level of care at late night hours too! Dietary restrictions: Great choices for all types of diets, vegan, veg, halal!

Got the Spicy Jalapeno Chick Burger. Food was alright but nothing special. Hero's is a little bit more expensive than your regular fast food burger joint but pretty much on par in terms of food quality. Interior was clean and the store had all the covid safety precautions. tables were socially distanced and staff had asked for our name to keep track if anyone has covid. Not the best burger joint but you could do a lot worse than Hero's certified burger.

I took advantage of free delivery the food arrived cold. The web site made me order From Erin Mills 12 km away. IT took the door dash driver 23 minutes to arrive after leaving. The web site wouldnt let me order from the hero 1.5 km away. A waste of money. The meal should have been in an insulated container. The owners response is very lame. He obviously doesn't care. Take your chances.

This was our first time experience with hero burgers and we are glad to opt this branch. The employees were very friendly and the burgers were totally worth it. Good options for veggie lovers tooFood: 5/5

By far the best burgers in this area ! Not only the food that counts but the atmosphere and staff too. Very friendly staff members. Family owned franchise. Samy the owner , his wife and son are so nice and helpful. The burger is just right ! Nothing better than that. Done for perfection. I strongly recommend you try it if you haven't still done that.
