Heritage Place

This mall needs a shot in the arm. Stores leave faster than management can fill them. It took them years to fill the void left by Zellers (although at this writing the replacement stores are not open) and now they'll be right back where they started with Sears closing. There are stores inside that have been closed for so long one forgets what was there. I hope they find a way to attract more chains. This mall is all there is in the whole county Grey!

Mid-priced malls like this one are dying in droves these days and this place badly needs to be put out of it's misery. The food court basically doesn't exist, there are empty stores everywhere and even at Christmas it's rarely busy. I've heard that CF and other mall owners make retailers put stores in weaker malls like this in order to get a spot at bigger more prestigious malls, like Yorkdale in Toronto. That must be the case here because I can't imagine how anyone makes a profit here. Sears' demise is bad but this mall was a sad, tired little place long before Sears left.

Clean, bright and well maintained, friendly staff at guest services. Currently under construction to add new stores. Decent amount of events. Would like to see more community involvement and more seasonal kiosks, instead of so many cell phone places. Need more options in food court.

Real sad to see Sears closing and what this company is doing to their staff Will miss quality products and supporting Sears.

This mall has increasingly gone down hill over the years. There are so many empty stores and a lot if junky ones. However there are a few still that have something to offer.
