Telus brings me into the mall. Friendly and helpful staff. I feel comfortable to pop in and ask advice.nSierra was very kind and patient when addressing my concern when I needed to get my mom the correct plan.

Barely any stores. Definitely is not what it used to be.. I don’t know where people expect people to shop around here and I have no idea why they don’t add more stores in the mall and make it more useful, it has a lot of potential

Nice mall, could be cleaner given how little traffic the mall sees on a regular basis, and feels a bit empty as multiple empty shops are there and the kiosks are slowly all being pulled out.nnIt would be very nice to see a revival of the place and job openings again as owen sound is slowly dying due to the lack of jobs.

Came here for a little getaway and the shopping in this mall is not good. There are a ton of empty shops and not much to see.. kind of sad to see a mall like this get this run down with no business.

This mall space has so much potential. It's too bad the big box stores crushed this place. Hopefully, it gets better & more stores are able to last longer here. A dollar tree, or move dollarama. Or some clothing stores. It really is a nice building & has huge potential. Sport check, HMV, Coles all do very well.
