Heritage India is a culinary haven that deserves every bit of its five-star rating. The "Sardari Lal Chicken" was a flavor-packed masterpiece, evoking the vibrant tastes of India. The portion sizes here are generous, ensuring you leave fully satisfied. Their fresh, crispy naan is the perfect accompaniment. One noteworthy aspect of Heritage India is their extensive vegetarian menu, offering a wide variety of vegetarian delights. This commitment to catering to different dietary preferences is commendable. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, with tasteful Indian decor enhancing the dining experience. The attentive and knowledgeable staff add to the overall charm. In summary, Heritage India is a must-visit for authentic Indian flavours in a warm and inviting setting. Whether you're a meat lover or a vegetarian, the culinary journey here is unforgettable. The Sardari Lal Chicken is a standout, but the entire menu is a testament to their culinary prowess. Don't miss the chance to savor the essence of India at Heritage India.
Went their for kids bday party . Food was bad . Paneer was chida n cold , manchurian was cold inside , soya chaap was not properly cooked . Naan were cold . Overall was v bad experience. Wont be returningFood: 1/5
I think first of all in the hospitality sector one should have proper clarity of things. They have a banner outside the restaurant saying they serve buffet on the table. When buffet is mentioned, it means unlimited food, whether served on the table or an open spread that dies not make a difference. Here, what they serve is Thali, not a buffet. Their food is priced way higher than normal median, and the thing is that food quality or taste is below average. In thali also the menu is way limited, and each day has a different menu. The overall menu is not exciting at all. We opted for the veg and non veg option. In veg I got dahi kebab which was the only thing of good taste. Paneer Tikka was below average. Channa masala was not upto mark. Panner makhani and butter chicken both had the same gravy, which was high on salt and too tangy. The non veg starters lacked over all punch, and the malai Tikka was on colder side like not proper heated. Rogan Josh was not exactly Rogan Josh, but that at least had good flavor. Overall, I would not recommend this place, and rather than promoting their place on social media, if they work on their food flavors and pricing, it would be way better.
I ordered for the first time to try the restaurant and was so disappointed. I ordered 2 chicken Biryani’s under an Uber eats offer of buy 1 get 1. When I picked up the order I was suspicious that the bag felt very light. But much to my disappointment when I opened the boxes it was evident that the chef had literally split one chicken biryani and served in 2 boxes. This is a very cheap tactic and unethical way of doing Business. When I called the restaurant, the restaurant staff mentioned they will offer a free biryani next time when I order and did not offer any immediate resolution. I felt cheated and frustrated. Not to mention the biryani also only tasted like a pulao with very few chicken pieces. I will never order from here again and would never recommend this place to anyone.
In case you had gone to some other good restaurants in GTA thinking you have had the most authentic food… hold on… you must not have come here. For fine dining fans, this is a must visit place to enjoy a true fine dining experience. We ordered sarson ka saag and paneer butter masala. While the paneer was the best we have had in a long time, my personal favourite was the saag sorry paneer but saag wins hands down. Also the sweet lassi… a big Thankyou for the awesome and light sweet lassi… many people have this myth that lassi has to be thick, it does not… it was an awesome glass of light sweet lassi!!! The other thing I wanted to call out is the hospitality, while the first thing making the dining experience great is the taste, what takes it to the next level is the hospitality and quality of service. It is hard to believe that the two ladies were managing the entire customer experience right from welcoming and seating guests, taking orders, serving orders, checking the experience, billing and also the telephone calls. The energy displayed was too hard to believe! My 11 ye old son did not want dessert as he was already full with a great meal but she asked him so kindly and sweetly that he said yes Overall a great experience. They had not only the quality of food but also hospitality to be rated 6 on 5 if not 7. Thanks for the great experience!!!
loved the food n exceptionally good service. Good location with huge parking space and cozy ambience. The servers were very courteous n the good was served with minimal wait time. Loved Dahi ke kabab N Rara Chicken. Will definitely visit again.
We dine out quite a lot, but this is the first time in Brampton where I can say I actually had a fine dine experience. The moment you enter, the ambience captures you. It seems you are visiting a friend’s cozy home. The service was awesome. And the food… the main thing why one goes to a restaurant … that clearly shows that owners actually cook and serve food with heart. I am a Punjabi and really know what good home cooked food tastes like. The rogan josh reminded me of my mom’s family famous mutton. This is the first time I have ever compared any food to my mom’s; which is the biggest compliment I can ever give. If you are looking for good quality food and service, Heritage India is the place to go. Service — excellent Food — excellent Ambience — excellent We are surely going there again and again..
Great ambience, prime location and delicious food! Its a restaurant setup in a house like structure! This used to be an Italian place but now it’s an Indian restaurant. We went there for dinner and ordered a couple of appetizers and main course dishes. The food was delicious and our server, Ms. Loveleen was courteous and offered us great service throughout our dining experience. They have a huge bar on one side of the 1st floor with a couple of dining tables. On the other side, there is a general dining area and a private room for parties in the back. There are 3 more private rooms upstairs for people to book for special occasions such as birthday parties, baby showers, business meeting etc. They also have a patio setup Illuminated with string lights under a huge tent for an open air dining experience. It’s a little pricey but the quantity and quality of food as well as the unique ambience makes it worth it! A special shout-out to the host, Ms. Neha! She was very welcoming, patient and courteous during our first visit when we went to book space for a special occasion at Heritage India. During our most recent visit, she stopped by our table to greet us and ensured that we had a great dining experience. Definitely recommended for Indian food to one and all!
Very slow service. We had to wait for a fairly long time to be served with our food. After giving the food, nobody came to us to ask us if we needed anything else, for the longest time we kept looking for a server. This place is comparatively expensive but the food is good. The paneer and Manchurian was pretty good and the garlic naans were pretty soft. However, their drinks are extremely expensive so watch out before ordering.
We enjoyed the food here. Was so delicious The owner is a very sweet lady. Ww were a group of 11 and had not made any reservations. Yet she was so kind to accommodate us during the busy hours on a long weekend. Our server Lovelyne was amazing. She took such good care of us making sure we ordered the right portions and also suggested some nice dishes to us. We would definitely recommend the non veg platter. It was super yummy.
