Slow on service . My wife's ring was brought in before Christmas and it is still not ready . In fact I think they may have lost it . Would not go back . Can I pick it up now

I give 5 stars for the wonderful service I received from this jeweler. Where others failed miserably selling and installing my watch bracelet these guys were fast and extremely efficient. I highly recommend this establishment for your jewelry needs and other great offers ! When in port hope you must pay them a visit.
Went in with a chain I bought at Q’s Royal Jewellery, they told me it was fake and made of aluminum and they are unable to fix it, I then took it to Cortesis in the Cobourg mall where I was told that it’s 100% real gold. Do not bring your items here. They will lowball and lie.
