This company is the best I have ever had to deal with. Spoke with Brad and made arrangements to come in. They diagnosed and repaired my Mercedes within 24 hours of me dropping it off. I had my sprinter van serviced by these guys. Dave & his team finished in less than half a day! Very reasonable pricing and good communication. The young man that washed the sprinter made it look like it was new! Will definitely be using their services again in the future.Services: Oil change

I’ve been to this shop several times and knew the fella that runs the front counter as I used to deliver parts to him. I’ve dealt with this place as my customer and a few months ago I’ve decided to be THE customer and bring my 2013 MercedesC300 for a minor service. Service was quick and thorough. Price was a lot reasonable compared to a dealership. Nothing fancy about the place, fairly straightforward. I was offered an older Benz as a loaner but declined as I live closeby. The service advisor talked to me about the overall condition of the car without the pressure of “it has to be done now or else”. Glad I came here. Will definitely bring my GLC300 for its next service.

I have taken both of my vehicles to Henneken for years because they are honest and skilled. They refuted MB Stealerships claim that I needed new front CV joints. Showed me on the hoist that there is nothing wrong with them. No charge. MB wanted $700 each to 'fix' it. That was 3 years ago - still fine. They also recommend high quality non-MB parts that are better than orig MB - brake pads for instance. Akibono pads last 3-4 times longer than soft stock MB pads done after only 35K Km, perform just as well and as an added benefit produce far less brake dust. 80%R/90%F pads remaining after 2yrs and 30,000km per inspection 2 weeks ago by Henneken. I have other examples, but you get the picture. Henneken is not the most convenient shop for me but their honesty and knowledge keeps me loyal and recommending them to my friends. I've been a client for 2yrs. The best Mercedes mechanic in the city! Dave is so nice. They are very reliable and competent. Excellent customer service.The best part is they are very reasonably priced, you will get stuff done there for half what you would pay elsewhere. If you are lucky like I've been, some services will done for you for free!
