Took 2 years in to get filed played $310 and they (forgot) to e-file one year. This cost me my trip to mexico all I got was were sorry I forgot to file it. No call back only an email offering a free tax return next year I declined all I really wanted was a phone call from someone in charge to offer up a sincere apology and a reasonable explanation instead I got and email saying were sorry we'll go it next year for free I expected this unprofessional behavior I expected from hr block not a professional
