We are so happy we found this place, my husband is a bit of a suck and they have managed to get him to go back for a second visit that is an accomplishment in its own, Also my kids love going here. My son had many bad first experiences with a dentist leaving him nervous and today actually he is super stoked to go with his dad so he can just sit in the waiting room with the girls at the desk ( who by the way are the most amazing and friendly girls EVER!!) drink hot chocolate and play on the IPAD ;) this will totally make his day!!

I'm am extremely happy with the service and how friendly the staff was to me. They are very helpful answering any and all questions I had. They are a new clinic but they conduct themselves like a veteran clinic. I can't be any more thrilled with my results. I would highly recommended Hello Dental for all your dental needs.

First I gotta start by saying that I really don't care for dentists in general. I had been having pain in one of my teeth for several months and I had been putting it off to avoid yet another negative dentist experience. I called the hello Dental office in Leduc to setup an appointment because I couldn't take all the symptoms from the infection in this tooth anymore.The receptionist (Brittany) was great at explaining the options available to me on the phone. The dentist and his assistant were very patient, despite my mood caused by the infected tooth.The dentist took the time to listen to me and then explained his professional opinion, which turned-out to be correct. After we agreed to replace the filling and check for the crack in the tooth, he started by freezing me. I hate needles, but when he injected me, I didn't feel a thing. He froze me adequately but without over freezing my face. The tooth was completely frozen, but not my face and cheek, like I've experienced every time I've had dental work done in the past. Then he proceeded with the work, all the problems were corrected. My mouth has started thawing and the the pain is completely gone. The freezing and the dental work was done in such a careful and professional way that when I was completely thawed, the pain was gone, the problem was resolved and I didn't feel like I just had dental work done. I don't understand why these guys are not busy. I am 52 years old and I've seen a lot dentists, but this was the best experience I have ever had at the dentist office. They treated me well, they were honest and upfront with me. The problem was corrected in a professional and efficient manner. If you need to see a dentist in Leduc, I highly recommend this business. If the service you get is only half as good as the way I was treated, it would still be a five-star rating. You can't go wrong with this dentist. Excellent work. This is my way of thanking them for such a great job. Well done!
