Brittany is very nice and understanding when hard times come around. Christy is down right rude, and will yell and scream at the customers, saying they are lying, when you have proof of payment. I will not step foot in this office. I only pay thur the corporate office and did put in a complaint about this lady.

Good place to go if you are trying to get your first vehicle loan with no credit. Angie is very helpful with everything!

Update they have resolved the issues. Worst experience ever they sent my title to the wrong place and now I sit with a truck I cant touch because I cant get it registered all I get is the run around on it's not there fault but they sent it to the wrong place so here I sit paying and insuring a truck I cant drive on the roads .... by the way it is against the law to not have a temporary plate in the state of WI, this issue has been going on since August.... thanks for nothing Heights finance o by the way Britney I'm still paying my payment and insurance on it ..also I find out they closed the ticket I had to call South Carolina to find that out
