This is my favorite place to eat lunch. You can purchase Heidelberg bread at a discount, baked goods and a meal all in the same place. I recommend everything on the menu it won't disappoint you. From the amazing smell to the great service you can't go wrong. Try this hidden gem some time when you are in Herkimer.

Staff was gracious and helpful, lunch was delicious, and our bakery purchases delightful. Warm and inviting atmosphere as busy noontime customers moved in and out for lunch, bread, baked goods or all three.

Today I had the best gluten free chocolate muffin .it was moist and very chocolatey. Their breads don't have 17 ingredients either. The best !

Awesome hand made products, Heidelberg has even found a way to perfect White Bread ! No longer will I eat soft mushy wanna be bread when there is traditional homestyle available right here. Now with the company recently expanding, to a custom built for them, location at the Pumkin Patch in Frankfort, they will quickly become more recognized farther away from our area. So if you get to Herkimer, try here for lunch or a pastry.... or just grab one of the many different varieties of bread at a local grocery store .
