They have some very nice properties. We have been to 2 of their properties in the past 2 years. Generally kept clean and well maintained for the most part. However, their hot tubs, on both properties, were very clearly neglected. In the first hot tub, it had not been running or sanitized in so long that there was the presence of green algae. The water was extremely green and they did not fix the issue during our stay. In the second hot tub, the water was so murky and cloudy, we could not see the bottom of the tub and when we were inside the tub, we could not even see our legs. We searched the entire house for sanitizer tablets to no luck and even called them immediately for help but no calls were returned. Our daughter ended up with rashes all over her body which they blamed on our dirty bathing suits (I washed all of our bathing suits in the washer on a sanitizing cycle right before going on this trip). If you know anything about hot tubs, cloudy and green water usually means bad maintenance schedules and sanitization treatments.
