They sent out 2 guys to work on a hot water heater , that is in a outside closet, with a 24 inch door and charged 115 an hour each. How can 2 guys fit in a closet just big enough for the heater . Not right the repair cost more than a new one. Hiway robbery
I had contacted this plumber on Nov 3rd to have a vacant property winterized. I spoke with Megan there and she said it would not be a problem and they could complete it by Nov 10th. I emailed the property information to Janice right away as she had asked. After that I had tried to contact them to find out the ETA on having this completed with no definite answer. Finally, today, Nov 21st, I got a phone call from an office person there after leaving messages for Janice, and was told that they were not able to complete it for us and did not have any explanation as to why. I asked for Brent, who I am assuming is the owner, to call me back. He called me and said it was because he did not want to take pictures as that is bulls**t. I explained to him that is fine but communication should have been made to us so we could find someone else sooner as there are freezing temps in that area at this time. He swore at me some more and ended up hanging up on me. I would definitely not recommend this plumber to my worst enemy as they obviously do not care about the people they say they can do things for and just disregard what needs to be done so all parties could be satisfied.
The people at Heard Plumbing are great, they're always available for calls and happy to help answer any questions, Janice has been great!
Brent was very helpful and is doing a good job of solving my problem. It is a work in progress.
Very friendly & helpful. Was give great info. Will use them when I need a well & septic.
Needed my sewer line cleared out, received fast service, staff very helpful and knowable.
This company is to busy to be helpful look for someone else.
