The doctor and hygiene very good care for patients except reception desk (never or not call to remind patients already had the appointments  unless you called to ask them) Unprofessional for customer service jobs, blamed on short staffs and show no respect to customer,no apology....etc...Needed to be train for the jobs.

Been the only dentist I've been with since I turned 18 and had to handle that stuff on my own. My dentist is amazing I absolutely love her. Never had a problem here
