There should be zero stars for dirtbag companies like this that take advantage of sick and elderly people. Perfect example of Medicare and insurance fraud. If this business burned to the ground, the world would be a better place.

I unfortunately can't rate as 0 stars. Unresponsive, and outright lying is not the way to conduct a business. I will also be contacting Medicare in regards to their lack of service. May 2017 referral for new cpap was sent from Dr. (my moms is over 10 years old and is acting up). Nothing done, they said info never go to them. Verified info, sent again. Several phone calls (never returned) later and 2 months pass. Another Dr. Appt that the dr said info was verified was sent over. 3 weeks and 4 phones calls(not returned) pass. I call AGAIN. The lady said their headquarters is in Florida and their system is affected. Hmmmm, can't verify since it's not listed anywhere that the headquarters is in Florida. Another lady comes on the line. In a snotty voice says that several time info has been sent to Dr. ******. Dr. ****** is NOT my moms dr. He is a hospitalist that saw her in the hospital 5.years.ago😡 I went over her dr information each time I have called. DO.NOT.USE!!!!

Took us 4 days to get the correct hose, my husband went without his oxygen for 4 nights.

The just refuse to answer, or return calls because apparently providing patients with the amount of oxygen to survive! So done with the games, and broken promises!!!
