The administration staff, transportation, and the intake staff have a severe communication gap. Makes it very inconvenient and stressful for full-time working parents who just want their children to get an education. I highly suggest that whoever is in charge of the Head start program and its entirety take a look at their staff and consider hiring more competent people.
