The few times we visited the cake was fresh and good but the last couple time we been the cakes were not fresh and they were cold. I thought it was just for us but according to my friends this has been the pattern. NOTE this might be because of COVID as they might not be getting the traffic they used to get.

This place has the worst customer service! Not only did they falsely advertise, but when asked to clarify they were extremely rude and demeaning! DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! The worst experience I ever had! #needtopickbetterstaff

we visit here everytime at main street for cheesecake, muffins or ice cream. also like getting the cheesecakes if going to a party. it is a good gift. price is good too. I'm sure in summer time they'll be more people as they have a outside seating. also a DIY cake class or studio.
