I would never go to this place again, my card is expired and I will never get it renewed. The product is of dubious origin and awful quality. Always dry, and usually sparks when I light it up due to poor flushing of the plant at the end of the grow cycle. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable for the most part, but the owner is a horrible person and doesn't deserve your business, as he is only interested in your money and doesn't care about patients. The only other local alternatives are King Canna, and Buddy's Cannabis Clinic. King Canna isn't much better either. They are just as questionable as HBB and charge more. They even charge tax on top of their ridiculous prices. Personally, I go to Buddy's Cannabis Clinic when I need a place to go locally. They are super knowledgeable and friendly, have a wide variety of great products at great prices, and do taxes included you can claim it on your income tax!. Amazing flower, well priced concentrate BHO is 45$g and tasty edibles made by the staff. You can find Buddy's at 140 King St.

Having had the displeasure of working for this family leeches, I can tell you first hand that the Merchants are some of the slimiest businessmen around. I once was told to hand 2 ozs of product to a customer who had no prescription in Ziploc bags wrapped in a paper bag. Hank Merchant instructed me to make sure no HBB labels were on it. In an industry still fragile in its earliest stages, people like this - specifically Hank - are a liability. This is just one of a litany of examples. These guys aren't worth your money. Better product for cheaper prices can be found elsewhere.

They kept my original prescription and now me and my brother are having to go through bs to get it back so we can join other places due to the fact HBB closed down here. This is just a heads up they are NOT supposed to keep the original.If you are new to this you may not know that like i did notHappy smokin .

I had a rather nasty experience with the staff here after being sold less than stellar product in November 2016. I complained to the staff, was treated with disrespect and have never returned, nor will I. I have since taken my business elsewhere and am far more pleased with the service I receive now. HBB gets less than a 1 star, but that's the lowest I can give.

Bad prices , managers/owners are just running a super sketchy business
