I have had Aloysius as my lawyer many times in the past for buying and selling homes, separation and some contracts from work. If I called and what I needed was not a legal service that he provided, him or his staff would recommend a couple of other lawyers that I could contact.

I have been purchasing Real Estate for over 30 years now. In my over 30 years of Purchasing Property, never have I met a more incompetent Law Firm that deals with Real Estate Law as Hayes Law Firm. When I was sent the Statement of Adjustments Page, they had the Wrong Purchase Price, wrong by $35,000.00 Dollars. They also added a $1000.00 Dollar Adjustment to the WRONG SIDE, that is they Added this $1000.00 Dollars incorrectly and it was only after I pointed this out was it corrected. Now I ask you, how do you get the Purchase Price WRONG and How do you add $1000.00 Dollars to the WRONG side of the Ledger? I can answer those questions, INCOMPETENCE! Never have I ever had to CORRECT my Lawyer regarding the Purchase Price, and Never have I had to Correct the Statement of Adjustments because an Amount was Credited to the WRONG Side of the Ledger. Do yourself a HUGE FAVOUR, FIND ANOTHER LAWYER, DO NOT USE HAYES LAW FIRM, unless ofcourse you enjoy doing your Lawyer's Job, regarding the Purchase and Sale of Real Property. Thank you Jim Anderson
