This is the third (and probably final) time I'm going to deal with this particular dealership. I have Honda Plus comprehensive. Every time I've had a problem which is covered under the service plan I have to pay, then call Honda Plus to confirm that I shouldn't have had to pay. This even after I explain to the person at the service desk that this is covered under the comprehensive extended service plan. As for Honda Plus itself I have no complaints, but their dealers need to know about the after sales service related to this product.

Everyone is simply awesome and professional. We get out of there assured that they were honest with you. I would highly recommend anyone from Montreal or Ottawa to drive one hour. No pressure to buy.

Excellent dealership, very nice staff. Martin gave us a very good deal for a Civic. Highly recommended. Would go back there for my next car.

I dealt with VERONIQUE LECLERC in service. When she greets you it is like meeting a family member. Her smile and her reception manners are awesome. Met also with MARTIN DUBE sales rep and gave me some extra info on my CRV . Really enjoy this vehicle and dealing with HAWKESBURY HONDA.

Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Not all staff is bilingual and they should also implement a dress code professional business attire would be appreciated
