A great addition to the Ottawa ice-cream scene. The space is modern and artistic.They also have very strategic private seating areas which I loved. When we went in they had 8 different flavours, some traditional and others unique. We ended up getting the apple crisp, London fog, dark chocolate and chocolate mint. We liked all the flavours but found them a tad sweet. Our favourite was the mint chocolate and London fog. In addition, the portions are huge - I was not able to finish my two scoops. I would recommend getting either one scoop or sharing a bowl with a friend/partner. The prices are also very competitive compared to the other shops in the same area. This place is definitely worth the stop!

Love at first bite Quality products and a welcoming space Every new flavour seems to be even better than the last. These are the only non-dairy options I've ever consistently enjoyed and wanted seconds. Pictured in the bowl are pumpkin pie and pumpkin spice oat latte which are SO good together please put them in pints!. Pretty sure the cone had their salted cantaloupe sorbet and mint chocolate? Anyways.... Chilly weather is coming but don't let that sway you from stopping in.

Best ice cream in the city! My go to is the cookie dough, great portion sizes & the waffle cones taste amazing. Very filling. Highly recommend!

Wow! I've never had such high quality ice cream before! It's going to be hard to go back to grocery store brands... Mind you, they do have pints to go! I'm very glad to see a local Ontario business open up on Bank street! The staff are SO pleasant to talk to, and from our conversation, they REALLY know a lot about ice cream! Shout out to their ice cream chef! Can't wait to go back !!!

I cannot get enough of this place! The Guinness chocolate chunk flavour is an absolute must-try. It’s rich and creamy, and the chunks of chocolate throughout are divine. The scoop is big!!

The best ice cream I have ever eaten in my life! The pumpkin pie flavour was addictive. Incredible service & kind employees. Nice little cozy sitting areas if you decide to eat inside. I highly recommend buying a cone & a pint because one cone ain't enough!

Premium quality ice cream in both classic and creative flavours, served in maybe the best waffle cone I’ve ever tasted. It really enhances the flavour of the ice cream. Generous portions and great people, this should be everyone’s next ice cream trip location!

Im surprised this shop doesn't have more reviews. I stopped by Haven's the week after Christmas after dinner as I was craving a dessert. I come to find their ice cream is all made in house from their parent location in London Ontario. The selection is small but TRUST ME when I say that the flavours really make up for it. There were 8 flavour but I decided to try their holiday flavours Egg Nog & cookies, and their Candy cane lane while my girl friend had their Ginger Molasses Cookie and Bailey's Cheesecake. Every flavour had deep depths of flavour and were CREAMY. The best of them all that I had come back for was the Baileys Cheesecake ... Run don't walk for this, I came back during -15 weather with -20 windchill just to have it again. Candy cane lane tasted like mint chocolate but with a delightful twist. The Ginger Molasses Cookie, egg Nog & cookies were solid with nice solid chucks of cookie dough. Finally ... Let me tell you, Havens gas the best waffle cone I've ever had. ALSO THEIR 1 SCOOP IS REALLY 2, SO BEWARE WHEN ORDERING 2 SCOOPS unless you have a huge sweet tooth like I do. I would definitely rank this as one of the Top 3 Ice Cream spots in Ottawa. Needless to say, you will leave SATISFIED.
