I went here tonight and I ordered the Swiss chalet quarter chicken which when I sat down I realized that it was hard and kind of cold and I HATE complaining but I went up to the guys working and explained and he was so apologetic and gave me a new one right away. And then came out to ask me if it was better which it was much better and gave me a pie! Such a nice gesture! To the guy that did this I give you 5 stars for your customer service! Thank you thank you! And I never write reviews but when work should be noticed I make it aware!

As of may 15 2017, this site is under new ownership. Completely new staff. We strive for a perfect guest experience. Come try your Harvey's again!
