Very bad customer service!!!! I placed my order through the drive thru. They forgot the chicken nuggets in my order so I came back they guy 1st told me that I did not order nuggets when I gave him the bill , he proceeded to say to another employee that he gave it to me. When I told him that he never gave it to me he closed the window while I was talking mentioning that he did not want to deal with me. One the the employee told him that he did not gave the nuggets. instead of apologizing he was rude and almost threw the box of nuggets on me.
Good and quick service. Tasty, hot and fresh food . Very well located, with a drive thru and lots of sitting places inside. Good value for money.
Talk about poor costomer interaction, and the food was no better. Blech,, Poor food handling practices that taste in the patties and the texture of the fries. Someone's not getting the "special high intensity training" they rightfully deserve. Sherbrooke Harvey's is a Champion in comparison!!

They often mess up their order, charging you for extras like extra cheese or a patty and then not putting it on. Avoid drive through when you can. There is always something wrong. Very disappointing
Very Bad Customer service they need to know that if Customer request anything they have to arrange it my wife ask for cucumber and they said we can't provide extra why you so cheap Harvey's Canada very bad experience never visit again
Bad and rude customer service, food was ok and the washrooms were dirsty as hell. Don't recommend coming here again.
Best fast food place ever, food is great and specially the services staff were amazing and manager visit the table to check on satisfaction, I felt in a fine dinning restaurant. Certainly I will advise everyone to go visit while in the area, great Job
On our travel to Orford, we stop to enjoy some great pastries with a café au lait
