It is disappointing that this restaurant chooses to turn off the mobile app orders. When I ask the employees why they do this - their excuse is a lack of employees. This does not make sense, the idea of the app is to use fewer employees. Also the lack of ability to at least offer the discounts from the app is bad. It only makes me think this is a management issue. Thanks for taking the time to post a useless response “Owner” I presented an issue, and your response is to ask me to fill in another form ? That makes no sense at all and absolutely does not address the issue at all. I guess I will downgrade this to one star now

Burgers are great. Still has that old fashion taste. service is professional. Best fast food.
Very dirty toilets. The urinals are clogged and overflowing, I will avoid the images, the other toilette don’t have soap, during a Covid19 time. Keep your restaurant minimally clean!
The food is great when there isn't a bite taken out of the burger that was remade because the other ones had burnt meat and the manager that's not even 18 slammed the window in our face with attitude. The Friday night staff are very rude and have no respect. And don't wear their masks when working. Was my favorite place in St sauveur to go to but now il be going to A&W from now. I really hope these problems can be resolved so I can come and enjoy a good burger again
Overall very friendly staff and fast service. Full dressed burger was missing ketchup and mayo however which left it feeling a bit empty. Onion rings were good. To be expected quality.
Staff very rude. They discriminate those who cannot wear a mask and have an exemption. They made a scene and made me feel horrible because I have a mask exemption for heath problems. This asks for a discrimination lawsuit. Spend your money elsewhere, where people actually treat you as a human being and talk to you respectfully.
Freshly made it seemed, staff was nice and quick. Always good to after eat this after a long day of skiing at the hills around the area. Huge place for sitting and eating. Onion rings are top notch.
I came there 5 mins to closing time and the staff served me very well. Even though they we're young, they we're very respectful. And I appreciate that very much. Keep up the good work
