Best part was the whole staff. They seemed so very happy and gave very good service and even made me laugh. Great teamwork and even better food. Employee shade worked very efficiently while under pressure of crowed store. Will be returning.
its been nice and delightful to dine in after a long time. make me really happy to have my all time favourite crispy chicken meal. they were busy at bot dinning and drive thru but they managed quite well. i was served with fresh food and quality service.. highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!
Food is always good. Unfortunately today there seems to be NO direction or supervision. Finished our burgers and received the fries and onion rings 8 min later. I had to go back and tell them to drop rings and fries. REALLY.... they have NO pickles!!!!
One of my boys favourite place to be and eat. As soon as they see the sign they know we’re getting fries and onion rings could live off them Staff is amazing. Rob went above an beyond what we expected and even got my youngest eating cheese burgers with toppings! Thank you Harvey’s for always making it a fun place and delicious food for my picky eaters. Kid-friendliness: Always interacting with my boys, and striking up a conversation. I did notice they have highchairs as well! Parking: Lots of parking, and even a spot for online orders!
Hubby brought takeout home as I wanted to try the big Harv mushroom melt. Nothing like it! Not one mushroom on it. stopped going to this Harvey’s months ago but thought we’d try again. Never get orders right and apparently that hasn’t changed.
One of my favourite place in Petawawa. Always good service, delicious food and reasonable prices. I also want to mention Alena, very friendly and smiling. She always make me being in a good mood for the whole day.
The worker with the big bow and no hairnet kept yelling and swearing A LOT. A few words here and there are understandable as it happens to everyone but she used foul language with every sentence. She had kept swearing at someone named Deborah and it made me and my wife extremally uncomfortable as Deborah is her name and it felt like she was swearing at us. She was complaining about having to make food and was saying she didn't want to make any? We should've just took our service and left immediately, the only nice thing was the young gentleman on front cash and girl in drive thru were busy but at least helpful to us and brought ketchup and anything we needed to our table. not professional at all, we thought this was a family restaurant.
It’s been 2 times I go to the one in Petawawa…One time to the drive through where I ordered 2 Festive diners…Paid for 2 festive diner and I got home in Deep River..I open them and all there was in each meal was 1 small chicken leg and 1 Baked potato in each..No bread or sour cream or butter no cranberry sauce or stuffing..so I wouldn’t go back…One of my friend suggested to go for lunch there was 4 of us…Me and another lady picked the chicken sandwich..Everything was ice cold….There was no one but us…Now I know why…after those 2 Episodes I will make the trip to the one in Pembroke, worth the trip..
Went to the drive through and had amazing service by the very pretty Kendra. She was quick, efficient, and super kind. Food was perfect and everything was right!
My Husband and I just enjoyed a nice dinner at Petawawa Harvey's. All of the staff even the ones I watched serve other customers were all very polite, happy, professional, and willing to help customers. It was fantastic seeing this. Also, the cook, wow he knows how to cook his ribs and chicken, they were perfectly done, melt in your mouth and he as well was happy, polite and professional when he served me, my husband and another table. I wanted to let everyone know about Petawawa Harvey's wonderful staff cause it shows that the Boss/Owner is a wonderful boss. March 27th 2023
