Foods was phenomenal. Harvey and his staff took great care of us. The pictures doesn't even come close on how good the food really was. We will definitely be coming back and making this place our favorite Chinese.
We just stopped by today to eat. The palace was highly recommended,however, it took two hours to get our plates! The food was good but the service was not that great. The waitress looked irritated. Overall good food.

It was just as good as I remember. We moved out of the Falls about 15 years ago, so we have not been here for a while. I really had a craving for some good food so we ordered takeout. It was so GOOD! I did not realize how much I missed Harvey Moy's until this past Saturday.
What a fantastic experience last night! We had excellent service and the food was exceptional! Everything is made from scratch. Harvey Moy and his family were very welcoming and it was a pleasure meeting them all! Shout out to our friend Josh who took us there! We will definitely be back!
By far the best Chinese restaurant around. The tenderloin is to die for. The Christmas buffet is awesome. Nicest people in the world.
Service was terrible and the waitstaff seemed altogether irritated we were present. HOWEVER the food was amazing! Very excellent quality and flavor! Large selection of entrees and drinks too! Would recommend take-out!
