I started seeing Jessica after working from home started to take a toll on my posture. It was my first time seeing a physiotherapist, and I made the right choice by visiting Jess! Outstandingly professional and knowledgeable. Jess really takes the time to explain everything - before, during and after a session. She truly cares about helping you get better and feel better. Overall this clinic is a 10/10! From the front desk Linda!, RMT Laura! to PT with Jess - highly recommend!
Jessica Ly is my physiotherapist and she is absolutely superb. My initial meeting and assessment was thorough, professional and extremely focused on resolving my problem in a compassionate way. During my treatment everything was done at a pace that was tailored to my progress without anything being rushed or forced. Any questions and concerns were always promptly answered to their fullest. All appointments started on time and lasted only the time required and there were no other patients being treated by Jessica at the same time. The whole session was focused on the issues I had. I have had a number of physiotherapists due to various health conditions and Jessica has been excellent. Jessica is very personable and easy to work with. I highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a physiotherapist.
Cannot say enough good things about Harvester Road Physiotherapy - pt Health and their services and staff. Jessica Ly helped me with a knee and shoulder injury and had me back on my feet and pain free in just a few sessions! She was very patient and knowledgable and provided a great series of exercises to prevent future re-injury. Would highly recommend Jessica for any physical injury and rehab!
I just had a hip replacement and I’m working with Pierre . He’s amazing at his job and knows what he’s doing .. highly professional .. make sure to see Pierre I highly recommend him
After fracturing my kneecap in a fall at work I was referred to Jessica for physiotherapy to increase my mobility and strength. Jessica was very professional and pleasant to work with. My recovery went more quickly than I expected and I was very happy with my treatment. I would definitely return if I ever need further treatment.
I spent some time with Jessica after hip replacement surgery. She was very helpful in guiding me to restored mobility and strength. We did it all virtually, which I enjoyed. Easy to get to appointments on time. Jessica's knowledge of how to navigate the virtual experience was very helpful. She could easily tell me how to place the camera so she could model what she expected, and the see what I was doing. We got along very well together, socially as well as meeting the important physical goals of strength and agility. I would highly recommend Jessica Ly.
I've gone here for the last few months due to injuring my upper back/shoulders at work. Went through physio with Jessica Ly, and she's awesome. I wouldn't have been able to get to where I am without her training and knowledge. And Linda the receptionist is very pleasant too! Overall their ability to schedule is very flexible, since I work night shifts. Highly recommend if you think you need some help!
Harvester Physiotherapy was recommended by my doctor as well as a friend. I am extremely pleased with the professionalism of Jessica Ly and Linda. They are very pleasant and helpful. I have many issues with upper and lower back pain and Jessica has helped me gain flexibility and helped me with exercises to increase my strength and stability. I would definitely recommend Harvester Physiotherapy.
Jessica is fantastic. I came to this clinic after I suffered a back injury that left me in constant pain that would flare up further during lifting. After just a few visits my back pain was no longer constant and with further visits I was able to get back my strength. Jessica is very understanding and was able to understand my description of the pain and help build a daily routine tailored to my injury that I could do at home on my own to help me recover and prevent reinjury.
Forum is fantastic. She’s patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. I’ve had several other physiotherapists over the years, but Forum has been the best. She’s really good at finding the source of the problem and working through it thoroughly. Once you’re on the mend, she tapers the treatment off gradually, whereas some other physios just give you a few sessions and then turn you loose. The offices are good—lots of parking that they reimburse you for, a mix of open spaces and private treatment rooms.
