Dr. Hartman performed the repair of my rotator cuff and a slap tear. It was the best surgery experience I've ever had. I had no pain for several weeks until I started physical therapy and even then it was minor due to working the joint. Dr. Hartman and his staff were so professional and gave me the VIP treatment. I highly recommend him and will definitely return if I need his skill set for future surgeries.

My husband had shoulder surgery back in November with Dr Hartman. He made sure we well informed and provided the best after care. We highly recommend him and his staff.

Have had nothing but problems since he did 2 hip replacements. Left leg is now a bit more than 1/2 inches shorter than the right one.

Had an appointment for a meet and greet with Dr Hartman the time was misunderstood and I didn't make it to the appointment they wanted to charge me $40 for no call no show... Which is a terrible policy. The girl that answered the phone and talk to me was very rude very unprofessional and an inconvenience because now I have to find a new orthopedic surgeon and the pain and suffering of more time ...

Very friendly atmosphere! It's a very modern office with nice people!!

Most of the staff I've dealt with in office, are very friendly, it's a 50-50 chance over the phone however. Hartman has been great, I don't mind the wait.

When you cringe at the thought of having to call and deal with any of the staff answering the phone- you know there is an issue. Very unfriendly, very unprofessional, they make you feel like a burden and that you’re interrupting their day for calling and needing help. If you expect friendly and welcoming service, do not seek medical help here.
