I was very pleased with the people I worked with, including Mike and Isaac. I found them through the Yellow Pages and needed their help right away, as I had an active water leak inside my house. Mike came on a Sunday evening to make sure the water was turned off properly, which gave me great peace of mind. Isaac came the next day and was very knowledgeable, courteous, and explained what he was going to do and the cost. He was very efficient and fixed the leak in a very timely manner. I highly recommend them as they were very dependable and did exactly what they said they would do and were punctually.

I am a first time client that used Hartlaub Plumbing and I am extremely satisfied. I had a hot water heater go out the day after Christmas and from the first contact with Debbie on the phone to working with Isaac our field technician everything was handled professionally and competently. Service was prompt and the recommendation was appropriate. Very customer focused. Thank you for the positive experience.

Was very pleasantly surprised by service we received from Isaac. Price quoted over the phone for a sewer clean-out was exactly what was charged. Took the time to lay down drop cloths to minimize the mess of the clean-out. Isaac to the time to explain my options going forward and described other services Hartlaub provides. Will definitely use them again.

Awesome service!! Eric was great, explained the problem in detail and what had to be done. Cost of service was very reasonable. Very honest and we will do business again with them. Told family and friends to contact Hartlaub. Job well done exceeded our expectations!!

Very Responsive, informative and professional service. I had a leaky kitchen faucet that need to be addressed quickly. The service tech was prompt and very helpful in giving me all my options for repair and explained all the details. Top notch service that's hard to find theses days. I would definitely recommend.
