One of the best realtor I have ever come across!! Harry is highly professional and passionate about his work. we have known him since our parents bought their house about 6 years ago & his work ethics and dedication is still the same even after such a huge success in his field. Harry made us feel very comfortable about the whole process. In every step he made sure that we were not compromising with any of our desire for our 1st home. No matter what time of the day he was always there to answer our questions and guide us through whole process. Harry worked really hard and got us an amazing deal on house at the end!!!

Harry Sarvaiya is one of the most confident and trustworthy individual. He has helped us with buying and selling our home several times. He guides you through all of the process. Staging and getting on the market for the right time. Harry has become a close friend and a member of our family. He is very loyal and very respectable. I was introduced by my friend to Harry when she was selling her own condo investment. When she and Harry was discussing, I was there listening and to his advise and his recommendation. I was glad to witness how he has not been so "pushy" and not telling her to "decide now", but gave her options on how can she move forward. True enough, Harry handled everything so well, way way beyond what we expected. After a few months - I decided to sell my own so I had him in my mind. My own home was in a mess -- Harry did everything - briefing me on the process, he recommended a good and affordable stager, ordered a status certificate, providing cleaning, storage boxes etc. He negotiated so well in my favour - my unit was sold almost $40K above asking price (means more money in my pocket). Harry is a blessing and I will not hesitate to recommend his service... you are guaranteed to be in a good hands!!!
