I HAVE to note that some of these reviews are now very out of date! Apparently they somewhat recently changed owners, and I have to say, all of my worries after reading these reviews were put to rest immediately. Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable for my first dentist visit in almost two decades, from the receptionists to the dental staff. I wasn't made to feel ashamed for the state of my teeth, or the state of my health otherwise. I'm actually looking FORWARD to going back for my cleaning in June! I absolutely recommend you give them a chance even if the reviews have you worried, especially if you're on the heavier side like me!

I have been to Dr. Harrington about 3 or 4 times now, and I could not be more pleased with a dentist. He really cares about his patients. He took the time to talk with me about how my diet is so important to healthy teeth. He offered great advice on how to change my diet. He staff is also kind and helpful. I really feel welcome in his office. I fully recommend him.

After suffering 2 months with excruciating jaw pain, I couldn't deal with it anymore, so I contacted Dr. Saini's on a Saturday afternoon thinking I'd never get in until the following week. He and his wife had me come into their main street clinic the following day. Sunday. Not only were they extremely compassionate, but they fit me in for dental treatment 3 days later on the Wednesday, at their Winnipeg St. clinic. I had to have two molars extracted. After initial quote, the cost turned out to be far lower than I had expected since my two teeth literally popped out when he grabbed at them...mere seconds. Most compassionate Dentists I've ever met in this city, and so very gentle. Thankyou both so very much for your time and kindness. I've been to 4 different dentists since moving here in 1998 and I will NEVER go back to any of the other ones again. Dr. Saina, I can't tell you how appreciative I am of your time and help. Thankyou! Dr. Harrington and all of his staff are wonderful, starting with the front desk through to his assistants and hygienists. It is clear that they take a team-based approach. Without hesitation, my wife and I can say that this is the most thorough dentist we have ever seen. He takes his profession very seriously and it shows. Dr. Harrington has obviously kept up to date with the most advanced techniques, procedures and equipment. He has a great sense of humour and we were immediately put at ease right from our very first visit. The office/building aesthetic is modern and inviting. I recommend this practice above any other.

Not good with kids... Shame Lecture about how my child has a cavity and my child should be on keto diet...?? By the way my child is 5 yrs old.. very skinny, tall, active, and healthy. Always chooses water as his drink of choice. Loves his healthy foods.. gets some candy. Brushes his teeth twice a day etc. I left there feeling like a horrible parent.. Realized others don't get 'talked' to like that at their Dentist. I gave another 2 chances and I'm just going to go somewhere else now. It's a shame because it's a nice office and the assistants and hygienists are very nice. Those "two chances" were a waste of time..I eavesdropped to find that he put zero effort in checking with my son if he needed a minute or anything before telling me he couldn't do it and we're referred to someone else. While he's telling me this, my son was calm as he had a break after receiving the freezing needle, Dr wouldn't try a second attempt with a parent in there.. said my child would put up a show..thought that was odd for him to assume.. my child is very shy but well behaved. Seems as though he has no bedside manners/skills for when dealing with kids. My sister in law had similar experience - I should've listened!!!! Maybe adult patients have better experience??

Dr Harrington's team has NO RESPECT for people with disabilities or mental illness. He was WELL AWARE of my PTSD from a previous dentist and worked with me for YEARS to get me to a point where I finally trusted again, ONLY TO EXILE ME FROM HIS TEAM AND SEND BACK MY DEPOSIT WHEN MY CAR BLOWS UP AND I MISS AN APT!!!!! Now I have to start back at step 1 with my PTSD and hope I can find a new dentist Not even worth 1 star.

I would not even give one star. My daughter who is 22 years old phoned me crying how Dr. Harrington told she was obese and she should starve herself. She should google intermit fasting and loose 30 lbs. She put her head down in shame. He told her to look at him straight in the eyes as he was talking to her. As her mother I phoned him and confronted him with what he had told her. I asked him if he was a dentist or a nutritionist ? I said are you not there to fix teeth ? He said to me "whats the point" I told him he should be ashamed of himelf ! My daughter has been bullied and teased most of her life it broke my heart to hear this. He calls himself a professional ! I have a better choice of word for this man. But won nt go there . I will only share my experience.

I called and was hoping to book an appointment.. I live 5 min away ..they said if u come now we can look.!! In and out tooth pulled in about 20 min..price was amazing!!!!! I'd refer anyone...Staff were all amazing
