Trails a little icy today but take it easy and you will be fine. Waves were great and Quarry Lake never disappoints.
Beautiful park! The remaining fall colors were gorgeous and the early evening light over the glassy quary was very peaceful. Only did a short hike but enjoyed the trails. Definitely plan to visit again.
Beautiful park with lots of variety of trails, all of them all easy difficulty with plenty of shade. Most trails are clearly marked, and the historical signs are pretty interesting if you stop and read them. The lake has a fun hike around it, and with plenty to do we could come back here many times!
It is so peaceful and relaxing! Benches if you need to sit. And to be able to see Lake Michigan and the view is just awesome!
Nice trials, horse ride, beach is good with fine sand though it is very small. Self Registration is available at certain stations, carry pen with you.
