Harper Family Practice

I just moved to Michigan. This place was recommended from a family member, although she hasn't been in years. The staff is extremely unprofessional. I've noticed they don't answer phones. The young woman at the front desk is rudest woman I have ever dealt with. If she doesn't want to work at that establishment, she should just quit. The doctors barge into the room without knocking. You can hear one male doctor sharing patients private info and laughing. I will not be back.

Extremely Rude.....the office staff is just plain nasty, they dont say hello, they dont look up from their computer when you walk in. I called to make an apt. And they just told me to go to urgent care. Have had way to many poor experiences here and will be looking for a new doctor immediately.

I'm happy to be writing their first review. My lack of planning caused undue pressure on the Harper Family office staff. Basically, at 4pm I called and asked a member of the staff to get approval for a referral from my health insurance company in less than 24 hours. I needed this so I could make my 3pm dermatology appointment the very next day. I expected the usual "Are you kidding no way" response. But to my surprise my request was treated as a no problem. When I walked into my 3pm appointment they said my approval came in from the Harper Family Practice first thing that morning. How about that, I never get service like anywhere these days.
