Guy ripped off an elderly family member from my wife's side. He is a scumbag of the highest order. Karma is real and it will catch up with you.
i went a couple of days to ago and pawn a bracelet and a necklace as i needed cash so badly. harold asked me how much money i needed and granted it.the problem was, they dont look at the current value of your item.they rely basically on the amount you need which is ridiculous. i know the value of my items but just because i needed a small amount of money, i just agreed to offer but eventually was surprise of the interest rate they have..500$ with 100$ interest rate for 7days?!!!! this is a total rip off.and knowing the value of my jewelry which is way more than they offer.i would certainly get another option if you are thinking about going there.. they wont even offer a receipt until i asked them.. i just gave two stars because i was able to get cash at that time but i would definitely wont be returning to the store..
You notice how Harold does not reply to reviews about how he financially abuses the elderly & vulnerable ppl? It's because he knows he's guilty

If you agree to his terms, great! If not, wait for your bank to take weeks, especially during Covid to possibly loan you the money you obviously require. Harold tells it straight up & I recommend him if you need a quick & easy loan. Thank you sir!
Would highly NOT RECOMMEND - I thought I would write an experience on behalf of my parents. They went in to look for a fair price like everyone would, however upon showing the jewelry, Harold went to the back to further inspect it and came back with a lowball offer to be expected. When my parents turned it down, he gave it back, however the chain was cut. My parents were obviously upset as he had no reason to cut the chain. My parents asked why he had cut it did not explain, his response was, “Well you have two options now you can sell it to me now, or you can pay me to repair it” - Lesson learned do not trust anyone to take anything to further inspect while losing sight of your possession. Experience 0/5 Fairness 0/5 Trustworthiness 0/5 While reading a few posts it’s pretty clear that the high rated reviews all have only one review hence these are all new account to bring up the rating. Not to add the responses from Harold have all be examples of how your experience would be like if you visit the store.
I always see Harold on TV so I decided to go by his store and sell some old gold chains I had lying around. Really nice guy! He was so professional and super knowledgeable about Gold and prices gave me a fair deal, pretty much what I asked for, I didn't even have to go anywhere else. I had a great experience, and I would go back again to sell my jewellery.
Just a horrible, horrible human being. Do not ever do any sort of business with this snake.
