Unfortunately I’ve had several negative experiences at this dealership by this point. I will no longer be bringing my car here and will be requesting my name be removed from the maintenance list the next time I receive a call. I really love my car and it’s the second Tucson I’ve owned. I won’t be purchasing my third from this dealership, that’s for certain. I don’t normally leave negative reviews, however after how my situation was handled this time left me with such a bad taste in my mouth I feel obliged to leave this. There are some employees here who are very nice, but the dealership and service department at a while is lacking.nnUPDATEnI received a follow up phone call this morning from Joanne, who listened and noted my experience. I also received a call from Keith this afternoon. Both Joanne and Keith were very polite and professional, and I really appreciated them reaching out to go over what happened and offer to rectify the situation. Unfortunately as the issue pertained to my tires and them not being suitable to drive on after all the belts blew, I had to take my business elsewhere. I also dealt with Sarah who was extremely pleasant. It’s a shame whoever it was that was working in the service department deemed that my car was not worth their time to look at. I’ve added a few stars after speaking to Keith.
Just bought my very first car from Harmony Hyundai and it was such a great experience! Thank you to Adel for walking me through the process and just being so wonderful to work with! Thank you also to Alain for making the process easy and stress-free!
We just bought our second vehicle from Harmony Hyundai! The quality of the remodeled Santa Fe is excellent and we came here because the staff are truly amazing. Working with Ricardo, who was receptive and totally supportive, and Alain, who really knows the financing options and was able to make recommendations that suited our budget - we found a place that still has the small town service and relationship based experience that brings us back. Highly recommend this excellent dealership.
UPDATE: I have spoken to Keith, he was extremely professional and took the time to help me the best he could and fix the issue!!nnI was given a wrong quote for an estimate that I got done to get my car fixed. And when I called to try and book the appointment instead of trying to fix the situation, the girl was trying to justify it. It wasn’t a small price difference either it was a $700 difference she was extremely unprofessional this is the first bad experience I had here and I will not be coming back!!
