Harley Davidson of Prince George

I have been praising HD in PG to fellow riders that don’t have much good to say about HD in PG. I have been treated well up until now. Now I agree with fellow riders and not happy. Recently took bike in for repairs. Got a call from Jerry in service. He said bike is at about 1700.00 to 1800.00 in repairs. I said ok just don’t go over 2000.00. A few days later got a call from Jerry again. Now the bill was 2660.00. I was not notified of extra costs. I will never go there again and do not recommend anyone else going there. I also question some of the work done.

I was in a bind to get a new tire during a long trip on my BMW R1200GS and they were the only choice I had. To my pleasant surprise they not only had a tire to get me moving but they were extremely helpful and willing to replace the tire even though they were in the middle of two other jobs. I was ushered around back to the shop and provided the space to re and re my rear tire in their yard and immediately did their part once I had the wheel assembly off and ready for the replacement. You can say what you want about the differences about us riders from the BMW world and the Harley world but this dealer was outstanding and did not hesitate to go overboard to help out a "Rider" no matter the manufacturer. Thank you again to the staff for their help and demeanour.
