Piece of metal came off trailer, and smashed into my car. They won’t pay anything for the damages.
Saw a piece of metal fall of a truck and damage a car on the 401, a competent circle check was clearly not done and drivers negligence should be held accountable
Driving down the highway on rt 3 in nh headed towards concord, had one of their trucks run over something and spit it up at my car. Now have a cracked windshield, dents and scratches all over my front end. Called company they know about the incident but say they don't know what happened so they will not pay for it. Looks like I'll have to go to small claims court over this because I will not be putting it in my insurance. Thank you. Oh yeah I have a very publicly known family member from Canada glad this company would like to take such a route, horrible people
