Not only is this "fast food" place slower than a sloth traipsing through peanut butter, they are very skimpy and didn't get the order right. I ordered a ham croissant with no egg, a bacon egg croissant and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. We placed our order at 9:05 and received it at 9:25 am. Instead of the ham croissant, we got a sausage egg croissant. Had to go back up there to get the ham croissant. The hashbrowns were cold. There were two hot and fresh items off the entire order: the biscuit and gravy which was delicious and the ham croissant after my husband went back to the counter to get it since they gave us the wrong one. As you can see from the pictures, they are very skimpy with the ham and the bacon. We could have had Golden Corral breakfast buffet for the same price we paid for this. It's less than $10/person. Update 11/13. The manager ended up giving us two free meal vouchers. We went back for dinner and had a completely different experience. It was a different crew and even though we were the only customers in the lobby, the food was hot, fresh and delicious. While they may skimp on their breakfast meat, they are more than generous with their burgers. Each patty is 1/3 lb. My husband got the Monster burger with bacon and added a 3rd patty I couldn't even fit the whole thing in my mouth and I got a mushroom swiss. Both were delicious. He got the natural cut fries and I got the curlies. They were both cooked to perfection.
Today I went to Hardee's for the first time. The staff was very rude and didn't get my order 2 burgers right. The person serving me complained that I was there too early for lunch I arrived there at 10:35 am, the website says that lunch starts at 10:30 am. He was very angry with me, didn't say Hello or Good Bye. When I got home I noticed that one of the burgers was burned. I will never ever go there again.
This place is wack. The customer service is always poor and the service is slow. I didn't get my drink and clearly the mushroom gravy comes out of the employees pockets because my "mushroom and swiss burger" was pityful, and ironically super dry. If only I had a drink to wash it down!
I stopped here, just recently looking for a good place for lunch. As their drive-thru wasn't busy, I thought I would give it a chance. Not only did I know what to order, but it actually took a few extra minutes to get my order. What I liked was the friendliness, and how fresh my order tasted. After I got my food, the drive-thru was just starting to get busy. What I liked was that my Big Hardee and fries not only looked appetizing, but also fresh as well. It would be so good to go back, even if it is only the drive-thru like last time.
Fast drive-thru service got exactly what I ordered for once from a fast food restaurant! But Hardee's better be careful they raise their prices any higher will be staying home and not eating out we can afford it we're just not going to put up with the extreme prices $7 for three chicken strips?
My BBQ chicken meal was great. Chicken had some char marks just like I make on grill. Fries were great as well. For being short staff the gentleman taking and serving me did an excellent job, very professional. It was very timely served for short staffed. Good job,Thank You
Food was decent we went through the drive thru was told they were out of chicken, which looking back was probably a lie, forgot a sandwich and went back through the drive thru only to be told they were closed yet was technically not time yet for them to be closed. Upon calling the store we were told that some lady had just arrived to check the drawer, which was weird because in my experience working fast food you always have a manager on duty not just at the end of day. Weird stuff is going on at this Hardee's which is unfortunate because like I said their food was decent but not really fresh and smelled a little like fish.
Hardee's is a family favorite. My dad used to take me to get Monster Burgers when I was really young and now with 3 kids of my own its been somewhat of a tradition and most Hardee's I go to are always well kept, clean, and the food is good. This particular store is not one of them. We ordered our typical random foods, ham and roast beef sandwiches, cheeseburgers, and the new Prime Riv thick burger. Let me start out by saying its the pandemic and I brought out our kids so we didn't eat inside, we went through the drive. When we did go through all of the food we bought our prime rib burgers... didn't have meat patties! Wow! Next, the ham sandwiches tasted.. off.. in our experience a Hardee's ham sandwich is tasty and surprisingly delicious. My kids kept saying they tasted funny so I bit into 1 and I'm going to have to agree that it had an off flavor I can't describe. The 1 roast beef sandwich we had tasted fine but the 3 sprites were ruined because clearly they were out of sprite so all that the drink tasted like was fiz.. gross. Our diet cokes were most definitely regular. Just a very unfortunate trip that cost almost $50 for fast food and if I'm going to spend that kind of money on fast food it better be spot on.
The last time I visited this place we waited 10 minutes to get to the ordering menu, then the worker says "it's going to be atleast 45 minutes to get any food, would you still like to order?" And to my reply was "Yes I would". Then you could hear them scaff in the background. We ended up only waiting 10 minutes for the food. Pretty sure the employees just didn't want to do their jobs! This is the last time I will ever give Hardee's or Carl's Jr any of my business. What a disgrace!
The workers at this location are great. Ordered two combo meals. A little on the more expensive side for fast food, but the food was pretty fresh, hot, and tasty. They were out of a few items. That was the only issue.
