The food was good and seemed fresh but the employees could do better customer service. I get to the speaker to order and the girl didn't great us, she instead said "what do you want" I ordered my food and went to the window. They were all standing there talking to each other about some other employee that worked there, not even acknowledging that we were waiting to pay. I finally paid and when they gave me my food a different person than who took my order tossed it at me so he could continue to talk. In my opinion and from working in customer service and also being a manager, they should not have had that conversation where customers are and should not be cussing every other word where customers can hear. I don't care about cussing but others do. I'll avoid this place if I ever come back in to town. Other than the employees the food was good.
Definately room for improvement. Cook undercooked my burger was raw. Disgusting! The cashier did give me my money back and asked me if I wanted another one, no way!! Handed her back the other one too. Probly lots food borne illnesses there. The other staff were trying really hard to make it right and were genuinely shocked. I think it's that cook that's got to go!! And they close early due to short staffing. Some bottom of the barrel staff there folks!
Food was great and made fresh. Only downfall was the lobby was dirty but did get cleaned once workers were finished making food and all customers waited on.Food: 5/5

Great place. They know how to make a good burger and their shakes are made with Cedar Crest ice cream! Spacious place so it's easy to socially distance.
