First off they had great service, they blew a huge load of sperm in my soda and they had spiders on my cheeseburger. But, they made up for it by giving me a get head at anytime coupon. I haven’t used it yet but it never expires. This place is great
Horribly rude and confrontational employees. Went into drive thru at 630 am on Sunday. Manager came out back door and said we’re closed. We drove around the building to leave and another woman came running out the side door and yelled “WE ARE CLOSED” very angrily. My husband told her this is the worst restaurant in town and she yelled “YOU ARE A HORRIBLE PERSON “. Hours are inconsistent. Employees standing outside back door smoking. Extremely slow service. Rude employees.

They never finish cooking stuff or your order is wrong. Food is cold most of the time. They suck
Food was good, I ordered Angus Bacon Thick Cheese Burger and curly fries. In the recent 12 months the Hardee's in West Union, Iowa, has had good food and service. Dining room was open and busy today at noon time. Business is conveniently located off of Highway 18 and 150. Parking: Large parking lot with room for semi-tractor and trailers, pickups with campers or trailers. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking.
First off when we are ordering and we say it is for dine in the gal waiting on us looks at the clock and informs us the lobby will be closing in 25 minutes. Then we sit and wait for our food which we get in about 5 to 10 minutes which burgers were half way warm, fries were pretty much cold and limp. And then we kept getting told about every 5 minutes how much time there is before lobby will be closing. Really like you can't unlock a door to let your paying customers out . Needless to say I will not be going back.
Food was delicious. Service slow but could see they were short staffed and they gave us a gift card for our next visit. Very nice staff.
My fries were good but my chix strip were old and dried up l. Husbands food was hot and fresh.
Years ago ehen they changed to carls junior, the burgers got way bigger and so did the prices. I would like a smaller burger without being so small it is a childs meal.
Pls take your fresh chicken sandwich off the menu. False advertising. It looks nothing like the advertised photo. Doesn't even fill half the bun. Is always cold. Have tried 3 times.
