Hard Rock Cafe

My friend and I've eaten at many Hard Rock Cafe's and we both think this one is arguably the best! Big and clean, the server was very nice and attentive. Food was better here than at other Hard Rock's. Very happy and pleased.

Decent burgers, fries were good. Exciting atmosphere. Drinks were good. Absolute Mule was tastey. Staff was quick and attentive even when busy.

Service was great and the food was good but it was a little dark to see the food. The comedians had a great night and we laughed big time. I have been to comedy there before and had a great time but this First Friday show was awesome.

Avoid like the plague. Mediocre to average food at top shelf tourist prices. Terrible service and even worse management. I’ll never be a patron in a HRC ever again due to the poor service and lack of adequate response from management on any customer complaints or concerns. Some of the worst managers I’ve ever met in the business. I’ll continue to support Local and have a burger at F St Station. Literally a block away with better food, better price and better service. Hard Rock is just living of its name or inflated reputation. It’s all hype and sizzle with no steak. I’ll be glad when they’re gone. Any guesses to how long they last in AK? When’s their lease up?

Cauliflower burger!! Doesn't look as good as it taste but it was so surprising. I loved it. The staff were all really knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. Of course the place always looks amazing, no matter which hard rock you attend you always get the theme, the shimmer. Very clean, np complaints
