Harbourside Health Centre

My doctor left unexpectedly. Need urgent care appointment after ER visit, was told to wait 2 weeks. Was told I was lucky and be thankful for it. How rude and unprofessional. It's worse than a third world service. Few nice reviews from lucky few. Wonder where the tax payers money went. Why do we need hand outs from the health care people? Don't we have rights after being tax to the hills?

Very hard to get a hold of, administration assistants can be very rude and hard to schedule an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. I usually have to al 5 times or more before someone takes my phone call.

It's always need what u need for a medical clinic but know all the doctors r leaving and u can tell the rest of the staff are very stressed out

Had my appointment rescheduled 3 times, been without meds and when called to confirm when and where for my appointment I wasn’t able to speak to anyone.

I was given excellent service by everyone that I came in contact with. I am very happy with my experience at Harbourside Health Centre!

The clerks all have a large chip on their shoulders and not at all friendly or helpful. A small smile and welcoming greeting goes a long long way.

Even when calling within the open hours, the phone line isn't open. It just immediately hangs up, and when you are needing to call for an appointment, it is incredibly inconvenient and can be very stressful.

Sad to hear Dr Fay left. Great Dr. and will be missed.

Saw my doctor. What else is there to say.
