Never answer phone. Do not do what they say they will when you do get through to them. My mother has one pleasure after 89 years and that is driving several times around town daily. She is not perfect, but she knows when it is safe and when not. Between the insensitive Dr's and the stupid government, we cannot get an answer one way or the other whether she can have her license renewed or not. She never leaves Hr. Grace for crying out loud! Yes, she's a pain, but she is still a person with rights. Either approve or deny the friggin license, quit hoping she dies off so you don't have to do the "hard thing"....bunch of cowards.
The doctors are awesome here but the reception is awful over the years I've consistently experienced this but since covid they got worse. They never answer the phone. I've also left emails which were never answered or I was told I'd get a call with never happened. So frustrating to book here. But again I wanna mention that the doctors are honestly amazing best I've ever had.
over the past 2 days made 15+ calls and never answered. great doctors but very poor service when trying to get through to book an appointment
