PROS: - very clean bathrooms, showers and laundry areas CONS: - pull through sites are VERY cramped. Our slide out window and side got some minor scratches because it was right up against one of the 2 trees on the site and it was VERY windy making matters even worse - not much for wind break for the entire park other than the 4 foot "privacy" fences between sites - WiFi ... or lack thereof ... was absolutely horrible, even when we could connect. They do offer "wired" internet at $150.00 damage deposit for the equipment, a $25.00 connection set up fee, and $100.00 a month. We ended up having to use my phone as a hotspot and my data plan for service - they don't use speed bumps, the use speed dips and those dips were deep enough for the bumper on my travel trailer to make contact with the asphalt Overall: They are pet friendly, which is a plus and the counter staff are helpful and pleasant. The small general store was appreciated but for $50.00 per night for a 30 amp service, definitely not worth it.
It's a lovely place and I we enjoyed our staying. The only thing negative I would say about our cabine is the noise of the hot water tank... very noisy when it's on.
Wonderful facilities! Staff is very kind and accommodating. Very easy to work with for large events.
Overly expensive. Terrible wifi. Everything seems to be a money grab for the ownersRooms: 1/5
Its nice they have fences on each site for privacy. It’s a good place to go when you are a worker and need to live in your Rv for Longer period before the first snow fall. But it’s not a place I would go for vacation purposes, there’s no trees and you don’t really feel in camping as it looks like a mobile home park. The water is super sticky, not clear but white. They charge $100 per month for high speed internet and it’s not working really good. OK place when you are a worker
We reserved a jacuzzi cabin over the phone, the lady that booked a cabin for us was super friendly and helpful. I would give her a 5 star but cannot give it because of the cabin. Once we got into the cabin we were very disappointed. The cabin is very dated. The sofa in the cabin is leather but in-between the cushion there was dirt. The ceiling fan is loud and full of cobwebs, as well as little wall by the door has cobwebs. The floors felt dirty. The table was sticky, I think it's due to being old. It did not feel homey, no artwork on the walls etc. Just very dated over all. We feel we didn't get our money's worth.
It campground is just okay; sites could use improvement since they are unlevel. The facilities are basic could be cleaned more often since there is a lot of workers using them.
If 'in town' style camping is your thing then these grounds are really nice. It's a community of its self, with RVs set up just like houses on a street. Everything is very clean, fences that seperate each stall are newly built and the grounds are well cared for. Plus, I believe they offer WI-FI alongside the full services. No matter what time of year your looking to use the trailer, this choice is available, open yr round! I give them 4 stars because i think they are a bit pricey... a 2 bedroom apartment rental costs about the same as a 1 month stay here, including the costs of propane & electrical bills.
Lived here for several years and went through a couple changes of management. The set up is perfect. The only huge issue being a worker is the families that lived there in the summer would party late on sunday's. The laalst management we had their would not ask them to calm down figured the working guys were the problem. Being as I lived their all year round you would figure he would side with guys that had lived there for 6 years over seasonal construction. Other than that the set up is perfect the locations great the showering and laundry services are awesome.
We stayed in one of their cabins and found disgusting things in there not to mention it had not been cleaned and since it was on a Saturday we had to do it ourselves, and It was very dirty. Cups and cutlery hadn’t been washed when we moved in. The cleaners never clean behind night tables or above the ledges. The ceiling fans have never been cleaned and the dust is literally hanging from it. I couldn’t even use their laundry mat because they’re washers were full of dog or cat hair. So I had to go into town to wash my clothes. For the price they charge for their cabins it’s not worth it at all.
