These people can barely understand or speak any English. Have poor customer service skills when it comes to any conflict or issue. Best to save your money & do not order from this location specifically. I ordered delivery & they sent me 5/6 of my items. Meaning one of my items had not been prepared & sent with the Doordasher. When I had confronted them about it they couldn not understand anything that I was saying & refused to give me a refund or my Orange Chicken. Order Beijing Restaurant or Emmett Cafe. Support Locally instead of corporate. Overall an unpleasant experience with this company. They tried to blame the door dasher for the reason as to why my Orange chickens was not received. Save your money & your time. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. On a side note. There food is over priced & not that great.
This is the best place for oriental food in Emmett. The staff are awesome always friendly- in fact I have seen them give customers food for nothing at times. I've witnessed them give a doordasher free soda while dashing- police get free drinks. Couldn't be nicer people running a restaurant! The food is always great no matter who is cooking and the portion sizes, omg, I usually bring mine home and I get two meals out of it sometimes 3! Happy Teriyaki makes me happy! They couldn't do a better job in my opinion! And, the place is clean, that's my biggest thing about eating out- someplaces around Emmett are kinda of dirty for being a food establishment- not Happy Teriyaki-i don't worry there, its CLEAN! If you want oriental give Happy Teriyaki a try, you won't be disappointed. Parking: They are in the Albertsons shopping complex so there is always tons of parking its a huge lot- the spots right in front might be taken but that is at every restaurant.
One of my favorite places to stop in Emmit! I've been to other locations but this one is by far the best! The staff is always friendly and there isn't much of a wait time! Always good service, and I'll continue to come to this location for many years to come!!! Thank you!
What's the point in setting a certain time for someone to get their food if its not going to be fresh in the first place? Seriously so frustrating how business can feel good about charging someone 14 a plate and not giving a good quality meal.
The service is amazing here! The staff is so understanding and sweet. They try their best to resolve conflict. I’ve been in the store when they made a mistake on someone’s order and they fixed the mistake and gave the person a free gyoza for the inconvenience. I love this place, i come every week. They know me by name
Ordered to- go, very dull establishment, no enthusiasm, chicken breast very dry, seasoning week, shrimp tempura can't be real, very dissatisfied with establishment and food. Ok for Emmett they don't know better. Parking: Lots of spots.
If I could rate 0, I would..... Let's start with there being no utensils, napkins, and no extra sauce. Charging $16.25 and not making sure a delivery order has these items is beyond me. The food itself also sucked. Chicken tasted off and was over cooked to boot. Vegetables were mushy as heck and rice tasted like it was microwaved. Unfortunately I am seeing this trend at most of the Happy Teriyaki's in the valley, hope we can get a decent Teriyaki in Boise and surrounding areas soon.
The employees are extremely nice and very kind. And most of the time the employees get your food out quickly and always tastes amazing!
Foood and Tea is very scrumptious. Feel so based and alpha when I eat there. Most places kick me out because my furry tail but not happy teriyaki. YUM YUM Kid-friendliness: Always plays christian music
